The Komiti Ring brings together the three objects associated with the revolutionary oath: the Gospel, revolver and dagger. Craftsmanship
The Komiti Ring is created in small quantities, with particular attention given to the definition of the Gospel, revolver and dagger across its rectangular face. The restrained sterling silver signet form allows the historical symbolism of the three objects to remain the focus of the design.

AN OATH OF COMMITMENT
THE KOMITI OATH
Historical accounts of the Macedonian revolutionary movement describe initiation rituals in which new members swore an oath before the Gospel or Bible, a revolver and a dagger. The ritual expressed commitment to the organisation and the seriousness of the obligations being undertaken. Museum and documentary sources preserve references to this distinctive combination of objects.
