Made To Order
Certain Naš Nakit pieces are made to order, allowing for a more considered and intentional creation process.
Each piece is individually brought to life by our goldsmiths upon purchase. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for completion.
You will receive an order confirmation once your purchase has been placed, followed by a dispatch notification as soon as your piece is ready to be shipped. Should there be any changes to the estimated timeframe, we will keep you informed.
As each made-to-order piece is carefully crafted, timeframes are indicative and may vary slightly. For time-sensitive purchases, we recommend selecting pieces that are available for immediate dispatch.
Orders containing made-to-order items will be shipped once all pieces are ready. If you would prefer to receive available items sooner, we suggest placing separate orders.
Made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, exchanges or store credit. If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact our Client Care team as soon as possible. If production has not yet commenced, we will do our best to assist; however, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
