Faith — worn with meaning.
The Veljusa Cross Pendant features one of the most recognisable symbols of Macedonian Orthodoxy.
Set in gold, the design stays true to its original form — clear, balanced, and unchanged.
There’s nothing added to it.
It doesn’t need it.
This is not a piece you wear for style.
It’s something you wear because it matters.

Heritage
The Veljusa Cross traces its origins to the Veljusa Monastery near Strumica, built in the 11th century by Bishop Manuel. This distinctive cross was discovered carved into the stone wall of the monastery’s church — the Church of the Holy Mother of God Eleusa (the Merciful). Since then, it has become a sacred emblem of Macedonian Orthodoxy, symbolising divine mercy, spiritual strength, and national identity.
Recognised today as an official symbol of the Macedonian Orthodox Church, the Veljusa Cross carries with it nearly a millennium of history. Its presence in Macedonian homes and jewellery is more than decorative — it is a connection to faith, ancestry, and the enduring spirit of a people who have carried their traditions across centuries.
To wear the Veljusa Cross is to honour where you come from — and to carry it with pride into the future. Read More
