Shipping policy

We are pleased to inform you that shipping is FREE for all orders. All Nas Nakit online purchases are sent via express post and are fully insured, tracked, and come with signature on delivery.* You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email once the order has been shipped, allowing you to track your parcel.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept PO Box delivery addresses as a physical signature is required upon delivery. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude Victorian, Australian public holidays. 

Australia: All Australian purchases are sent with Australia Post Express. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for ‘in-stock’ orders to be processed & delivered. Delivery will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks for all pre order items.

Rest of world: All international purchases are sent with Australia Post International Express. Please see the table below for delivery times of international ‘in-stock’ orders. Delivery will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks for all pre order items.
